Is Trust Weak or Strong?

Which of the Four Phases of Trust are you in?

    #1 - Suspicious still. Don’t ever trust anyone, even after they have done something nice.
    #2 - Suspicious until. Don’t trust anyone until they prove themself.
    #3 - Trust until. Trust people until they screw up.
    #4 - Trust still. Trust people even after they make mistakes, sometimes even when they hurt you.

Trust sits at the very center of the Human Condition. We are forever asking ourselves if we should trust, when we do not, and if we should mis-trust, when do. It is the same in business as in war. The irony of the present moment in history is that it is still really too soon to tell whether the greater evolutionary wisdom is to lay down arms or to persist in aggression until the “enemy” is defeated.
