What this means for Web Design = "transparency", "unassumingness", "elegance" (in the Oriental design sense), "elegance" (in the solid-state physics sense). Mathematics will contribute more "forcefully" to design. Efficiencies and Economies will generate aesthetic principles.

We are entering the stage of Web fluency, now, that will discover the pleasures of meter and rhyme for the very first time.

This will be a lot like a seance, come to think of it.
